Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah?


Tanda-Tanda KEKAYAAN muhammad:

A. allah menjanjikan harta rampasan perang yang banyak dan muhammad dan allah adalah PEMILIK harta rampasan perang tsb!

[8:1] Mereka menanyakan kepadamu tentang (pembagian) harta rampasan perang. Katakanlah: "Harta rampasan perang itu kepunyaan Allah dan Rasul, sebab itu bertakwalah kepada Allah dan perbaikilah perhubungan di antara sesamamu, dan taatlah kepada Allah dan Rasul-Nya jika kamu adalah orang-orang yang beriman".


[59:7] Apa saja harta rampasan (fai-i) yang diberikan Allah kepada Rasul-Nya yang berasal dari penduduk kota-kota maka adalah untuk Allah, Rasul, kerabat Rasul, anak-anak yatim, orang-orang miskin dan orang-orang yang dalam perjalanan, supaya harta itu jangan hanya beredar di antara orang-orang kaya saja di antara kamu. Apa yang diberikan Rasul kepadamu maka terimalah dia. Dan apa yang dilarangnya bagimu maka tinggalkanlah; dan bertakwalah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah sangat keras hukuman-Nya.


[8:41] Ketahuilah, sesungguhnya apa saja yang dapat kamu peroleh sebagai rampasan perang, maka sesungguhnya seperlima untuk Allah, Rasul, kerabat Rasul, anak-anak yatim, orang-orang miskin dan ibnusabil, jika kamu beriman kepada Allah dan kepada apa yang Kami turunkan kepada hamba Kami (Muhammad) di hari Furqaan, yaitu di hari bertemunya dua pasukan. Dan Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.

[48:20] Allah menjanjikan kepada kamu harta rampasan yang banyak yang dapat kamu ambil, maka disegerakan-Nya harta rampasan ini untukmu dan Dia menahan tangan manusia dari (membinasakan) mu (agar kamu mensyukuri-Nya) dan agar hal itu menjadi bukti bagi orang-orang mukmin dan agar Dia menunjuki kamu kepada jalan yang lurus.




B. allah membuat muhamad KAYA lewat perang BAHKAN mampu membayar hutang-hutang yang belum terbayarkan oleh muslim yang meninggal dunia!

BUKHARI, Volume 3, Book 37, Number 495:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Whenever a dead man in debt was brought to Allah's Apostle he would ask, "Has he left anything to repay his debt?" If he was informed that he had left something to repay his debts, he would offer his funeral prayer, otherwise he would tell the Muslims to offer their friend's funeral prayer. When Allah made the Prophet wealthy through conquests, he said, "I am more rightful than other believers to be the guardian of the believers, so if a Muslim dies while in debt, I am responsible for the repayment of his debt, and whoever leaves wealth (after his death) it will belong to his heirs. "





C. Pada saat Khaibar ditaklukkan, SEPERLIMA Hasil PANEN Yahudi dari daerah tersebut adalah milik muhammad

MUSLIM, Book 010, Number 3761:
'Abdullah b. Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when Khaibar had been conquered, the Jews asked Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) to let them continue (cultivation in those lands) on half of the share of yield in fruits and crop, whereupon Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: I will allow you to continue here, so long as we would desire. The rest of the hadith is the same, but with this addition:" The fruit would be distributed equal to the half of Khaibar. And out of hall of the produce of the land, Allah's Apostle (may peace be be upon him) got the fifth part."




D. muhammad menerima HARTA Khusus dan istimewa dari Banu an-Nadir, Khaybar dan Fadak

ABU DAWUD, Book 19, Number 2961:
Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab:
Malik ibn Aws al-Hadthan said: One of the arguments put forward by Umar was that he said that the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) received three things exclusively to himself: Banu an-Nadir, Khaybar and Fadak. The Banu an-Nadir property was kept wholly for his emergent needs, Fadak for travellers, and Khaybar was divided by the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) into three sections: two for Muslims, and one as a contribution for his family. If anything remained after making the contribution of his family, he divided it among the poor Emigrants.





E. muhammad MENERIMA SEPERLIMA dari setiap RAMPASAN PERANG!

ABU DAWUD, Book 14, Number 2737:
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) sent a detachment to Najd. I went out along with them, and got abundant riches. Our commander gave each of us a camel as a reward. We then came upon the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and he divided the spoils of war among us. Each of us received twelve camels after taking a fifth of it. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) did not take account of our companion (i.e. the commander of the army), nor did he blame him for what he had done. Thus each man of us had received thirteen camels with the reward he gave.


ABU DAWUD, Book 14, Number 2742:
Narrated Habib ibn Maslamah al-Fihri:
The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) would give a third of the spoils after he would keep off the fifth.





Dengan SEBEGITU banyak HARTA muhammad, apakah muhammad melaksanakan perintah allah terkait dgn hukum warisan islam?...apakah muhammad MEMATUHI perintah allah berikut ini dgn MEMBERIKAN 1/2 harta yang dimilikinya kepada FATIMAH?

[4:11] Allah mensyariatkan bagimu tentang (pembagian pusaka untuk) anak-anakmu. Yaitu: bahagian seorang anak lelaki sama dengan bahagian dua orang anak perempuan; dan jika anak itu semuanya perempuan lebih dari dua, maka bagi mereka dua pertiga dari harta yang ditinggalkan; jika anak perempuan itu seorang saja, maka ia memperoleh separo harta. Dan untuk dua orang ibu-bapak, bagi masing-masingnya seperenam dari harta yang ditinggalkan, jika yang meninggal itu mempunyai anak; jika orang yang meninggal tidak mempunyai anak dan ia diwarisi oleh ibu-bapaknya (saja), maka ibunya mendapat sepertiga; jika yang meninggal itu mempunyai beberapa saudara, maka ibunya mendapat seperenam. (Pembagian-pembagian tersebut di atas) sesudah dipenuhi wasiat yang ia buat atau (dan) sesudah dibayar utangnya. (Tentang) orang tuamu dan anak-anakmu, kamu tidak mengetahui siapa di antara mereka yang lebih dekat (banyak) manfaatnya bagimu. Ini adalah ketetapan dari Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana.



KENAPA lalu muhammad tidak membagikan 1/2 harta yang dimilikinya buat fatimah? Kenapa muhammad hanya meninggalkan hartanya untuk istri-istrinya saja dan membagikan sisanya untuk amal?

MUSLIM, Book 019, Number 4355:
It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: My heirs cannot share even a dinar (from my legacy) ; what I leave behind after paving mtintenance allowance to my wives and remuneration to my manager is (to go in) charity.


Terjemahan Bebas:
Telah diceritakan dalam otoritas Abu Huraira bahwa Rasul allah berkata: Ahli warisku tidak akan mendapatkan bahkan SATU DINAR pun (dari warisanku). Apa yang tertinggal setelah MENUTUPI TUNJANGAN HIDUP Istri-Istri dan setelah Membayar BIAYA MANAJERku akan dipergunakan untuk AMAL/DERMA.




Bahkan KENAPA pula abu bakar menolak MEMBERIKAN harta warisan yang seharusnya milik FATIMAH (Bagian dari tanah di Fadak dan Hasil Panen di Khaibar)?

BUKHARI, Book 019, Number 4353:
It has been narrated on the authority of 'A'isha that Fatima and 'Abbas approached Abu Bakr, soliciting transfer of the legacy of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) to them. At that time, they were demanding his (Holy Prophet's) lands at Fadak and his share from Khaibar. Abu Bakr said to them: I have heard from the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). Then he quoted the hadith having nearly the same meaning as the one which has been narrated by Uqail on the authority of al-Zuhri (and which his gone before) except that in his version he said: Then 'Ali stood up, extolled the merits of Abu Bakr mentioned his superiority, and his earlier acceptance of Islam. Then he walked to Abu Bakr and swore allegiance to him. (At this) people turned towards 'Ali and said: you have done the right thing. And they became favourably inclined to 'Ali after he had adopted the proper course of action.


MUSLIM, Book 019, Number 4354:
It has been narrated by 'Urwa b Zubair on the authority of 'A'isha, wife of the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him), that Fatima, daughter of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), requested Abu Bakr, after the death of the Messenger of Allah (may peace he upon him), that he should set apart her share from what the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) had left from the properties that God had bestowed upon him. Abu Bakr said to her: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be npon him) said:" We do not have any heirs; what we leave behind is Sadaqa (charity)." The narrator said: She (Fatima) lived six months after the death of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) and she used to demand from Abu Bakr her share from the legacy of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) from Khaibar, Fadak and his charitable endowments at Medina. Abu Bakr refused to give her this, and said: I am not going to give up doing anything which the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to do. I am afraid that it I go against his instructions in any matter I shall deviate from the right course. So far as the charitable endowments at Medina were concerned, 'Umar handed them over to 'All and Abbas, but 'Ali got the better of him (and kept the property under his exclusive possession). And as far as Khaibar and Fadak were concerned 'Umar kept them with him, and said: These are the endowments of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) (to the Umma). Their income was spent on the discharge of the responsibilities that devolved upon him on the emergencies he had to meet. And their management was to be in the hands of one who managed the affairs (of the Islamic State). The narrator said: They have been managed as such up to this day.

LAGI-lagi membuktikan bahwa abu bakar pun tidak menghormati HUKUM warisan yang diperintahkan allah!

MUSLIM, Book 019, Number 4352:
It is narrated on the authority of Urwa b. Zubair who narrated from A'isha that she informed him that Fatima, daughter of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), sent someone to Abu Bakr to demand from him her share of the legacy left by the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) from what Allah had bestowed upon him at Medina and Fadak and what was left from one-filth of the income (annually received) from Khaibar. Abu Bakr said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:" We (prophets) do not have any heirs; what we leave behind is (to be given in) charity." The household of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) will live on the income from these properties, but, by Allah, I will not change the charity of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) from the condition in which it was in his own time. I will do the same with it as the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upun him) himself used to do. So Abu Bakr refused to hand over anything from it to Fatima who got angry with Abu Bakr for this reason. She forsook him and did not talk to him until the end of her life. She lived for six months after the death of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). When she died, her husband. 'Ali b. Abu Talib, buried her at night. He did not inform Abu Bakr about her death and offered the funeral prayer over her himself. During the lifetime of Fatima, 'All received (special) regard from the people. After she had died, he felt estrangement in the faces of the people towards him. So he sought to make peace with Abu Bakr and offer his allegiance to him. He had not yet owed allegiance to him as Caliph during these months. He sent a person to Abu Bakr requesting him to visit him unaccompanied by anyone (disapproving the presence of Umar). 'Umar said to Abu Bakr: BY Allah, you will not visit them alone. Abu Bakr said: What will they do to me? By Allah, I will visit them. And he did pay them a visit alone. 'All recited Tashahhud (as it is done in the beginning of a religious sermon) ; then said: We recognise your moral excellence and what Allah has bestowed upon you. We do not envy the favour (i. e. the Catiphate) which Allah nas conferred upon you; but you have done it (assumed the position of Caliph) alone (without consulting us), and we thought we had a right (to be consulted) on account of our kinship with the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him). He continued to talk to Abu Bakr (in this vein) until the latter's eyes welled up with tears. Then Abd Bakr spoke and said: By Allah, in Whose Hand is my life, the kinship of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) is dearer to me than the kinship of my own people. As regards the dispute that has arisen between you and me about these properties, I have not deviated from the right course and I have not given up doing about them what the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to do. So 'Ali said to Abu Bakr: This aftetnoon is (fixed) for (swearing) allegiance (to you). So when Abu Bakr had finished his Zuhr prayer, he ascended the pulpit and recited Tashahhud, and described the status of 'Ali, his delay in swearing allegiance and the excuse which lie had offered to him (for this delay). (After this) he asked for God's forgiveness. Then 'Ali b. Abu Talib recited the Tashahhud. extolled the merits of Abu Bakr and (said that) his action was nott prompted by any jealousy of Abu Bakr on his part or his refusal to accept the high position which Allah had conferred upon him, (adding: ) But we were of the opinion that we should have a share in the government, but the matter had been decided without taking us into confidence, and this displeased us. (Hence the delay in offering allegiance. The Muslims were pleased with this (explanation) and they said: You have done the right thing. The Muslims were (again) favourably inclined to 'Ali since he adopted the proper course of action.





KENAPA pula abu bakar malah mengklaim bahwa dirinya adalah PEWARIS muhammad? setelah abu bakar matipun, umar mengklaim dirinya sebagai PEWARIS harta muhammad! kenapa orang sekaliber abu bakar dan umar justru tidak menghormati hukum warisan yang diperintahkan allah? ada gak sih muslim yang menghomati awloh in? hi..hi..hi Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah? Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4349:

[i].....The Messenger of Allah would meet from its income his annual expenditure, and what remained would be deposited in the Bait-ul-Mal. (Continuing further) he said: I adjure you by Allah by Whose order the heavens and the earth are sustained. Do you know this? They said: Yes. Then he adjured Abbas and 'All as he had adjured the other persons and asked: Do you both know this? They said: Yes. He said: When the Messenger of Allah passed away, Abu Bakr said:" I am the successor of the Messenger of Allah ." Both of you came to demand your shares from the property (left behind by the Messenger of Allah). (Referring to Hadrat 'Abbas), he said: You demanded your share from the property of your nephew, and he (referring to 'Ali) demanded a share on behalf of his wife from the property of her father. Abu Bakr (Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah had said:" We do not have any heirs; what we leave behind is (to be given in) charity." So both of you thought him to be a liar, sinful, treacherous and dishonest. And Allah knows that he was true, virtuous, well-guided and a follower of truth. When Abu Bakr passed away and (I have become) the successor of the Messenger of Allah and Abu Bakr (Allah be pleased with him), you thought me to be a liar, sinful, treacherous and dishonest. And Allah knows that I am true, virtuous, well-guided and a follower of truth. I became the guardian of this property. Then you as well as he came to me. Both of you have come and your purpose is identical. You said: Entrust the property to us. I said: If you wish that I should entrust it to you, it will be on the condition that both of you will undertake to abide by a pledge made with Allah that you will use it in the same way as the Messenger of Allah used it. So both of you got it. He said: Wasn't it like this? They said: Yes. He said: Then you have (again) come to me with the request that I should adjudge between you. No, by Allah. I will not give any other judgment except this until the arrival of the Doomsday. If you are unable to hold the property on this condition, return it to me






Apa mau dikata perintah awloh, 'jika anak perempuan itu seorang saja, maka ia memperoleh separo harta' cuma sekedar omong kosong yang tidak dilakukan dan dipatuhi oleh umar dan abu bakar, BAHKAN muhammad sendiripun tak membagi separoh hartanya buat satu-satunya anak perempuan yang ia miliki!

Awloh berfirman, bahwa MENJELANG kematian, jika meninggalkan harta, maka muslim wajib BERWASIAT kepada orang tua dan keluarga dekatnya!


[2:180] Diwajibkan atas kamu, apabila seorang di antara kamu kedatangan (tanda-tanda) maut, jika ia meninggalkan harta yang banyak, berwasiat untuk ibu-bapa dan karib kerabatnya secara makruf, (ini adalah) kewajiban atas orang-orang yang bertakwa.

YUSUFALI: It is prescribed, when death approaches any of you, if he leave any goods that he make a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to reasonable usage; this is due from the Allah-fearing.


PICKTHAL: It is prescribed for you, when death approacheth one of you, if he leave wealth, that he bequeath unto parents and near relatives in kindness. (This is) a duty for all those who ward off (evil).


SHAKIR: Bequest is prescribed for you when death approaches one of you, if he leaves behind wealth for parents and near relatives, according to usage, a duty (incumbent) upon those who guard (against evil).




TRUS kenapa muhammad MENYURUH orang berwasiat sedangkan dia sendiri TAK MELAKUKANNYA! Lagi-lagi si kakek bejat melanggar PERINTAH AWLOH! Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah? Icon_biggrin

Narrated Talha bin Musarrif:
I asked 'Abdullah bin Abu Aufa, "Did the Prophet make a will?" He replied, "No," I asked him, "How is it then that the making of a will has been enjoined on people, (or that they are ordered to make a will)?" He replied, "The Prophet bequeathed Allah's Book (i.e. Quran)." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 51, Number 3)

Narrated Talha:
I asked 'Abdullah bin Abi 'Aufa, "Did the Prophet make a will (to appoint his successor or bequeath wealth)?" He replied, "No." I said, "How is it prescribed then for the people to make wills, and they are ordered to do so WHILE THE PROPHET DID NOT MAKE ANY WILL?" He said, "He made a will wherein he recommended Allah's Book." (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 61, Number 540)





Kakek tua-tua keladi ini emang terkenal sangat licin. Jika muslims hanya boleh mengawini maksimum EMPAT istri, tp dirinya boleh mengawini cewek sebanyak apapun yang dia sukai! mulai usia 6thn sampai janda tua!...kl muslim diwajibkan BERWASIAT menjelang maut menjemput, dia berhak melanggar perintah awloh!... Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah? Icon_lol

TAMBAHAN LAGI tentang kesengsaraan Fatimah yang tak mendapatkan JATAH 1/2 dari harta yang ditinggalkan muhammad seperti yang dijanjikan allah!

KETIKA fatima meminta bagiannya dari kekeyaan yang ditinggalkan muhammad yaitu HASIL PANEN di Khaibar, TANAH di Fadak dan BERBAGAI Hadiah dan pemberian di Medina, abu bakar MENOLAKNYA! Anehnya abu bakar justru menguasai kekayaan muhammad di Khaibar dan Fadak. Setelah itu memberikan Kepada Ali dan Abbas kekuasaan untuk mengatur kekayaan dari Pemberian di Medina.

Abu Bakr refused to give her this, and said: I am not going to give up doing anything which the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) used to do. I am afraid that it I go against his instructions in any matter I shall deviate from the right course. So far as the charitable endowments at Medina were concerned, 'Umar handed them over to 'All and Abbas, but 'Ali got the better of him (and kept the property under his exclusive possession). And as far as Khaibar and Fadak were concerned 'Umar kept them with him, and said: These are the endowments of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) (to the Umma). Their income was spent on the discharge of the responsibilities that devolved upon him on the emergencies he had to meet. And their management was to be in the hands of one who managed the affairs (of the Islamic State). The narrator said: They have been managed as such up to this day.





Fatima akhirnya mati setelah ENAM BULAN kematian muhammad TANPA mendapatkan 1/2 Harta yang ditinggalkan muhammad. Fatimah sepertinya marah dan sakit hati dan tidak berbicara kpd abu bakar sampai kematiannya!

BUKHARI, Volume 8, Book 80, Number 718:
Narrated 'Aisha:
Fatima and Al 'Abbas came to Abu Bakr, seeking their share from the property of Allah's Apostle and at that time, they were asking for their land at Fadak and their share from Khaibar. Abu Bakr said to them, " I have heard from Allah's Apostle saying, 'Our property cannot be inherited, and whatever we leave is to be spent in charity, but the family of Muhammad may take their provisions from this property." Abu Bakr added, "By Allah, I will not leave the procedure I saw Allah's Apostle following during his lifetime concerning this property." Therefore Fatima left Abu Bakr and did not speak to him till she died.




Wow..ternyata benar dugaan gue!...di hadist ini diceritakan bahwa fatimah MARAH dan NGAMBEK (tidak berbicara ) kpd abu bakar karena HAK WARISNYA (dlm kasus ini adalah Harta Fai atau RAMPASAN PERANG) tidak diberikan! abu bakar dgn sengaja melanggar apa yang telah diperintahkan awloh! Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah? Icon_biggrin

BUKHARI, Volume 4, Book 53, Number 325:
Narrated 'Aisha:
(mother of the believers) After the death of Allah 's Apostle Fatima the daughter of Allah's Apostle asked Abu Bakr As-Siddiq to give her, her share of inheritance from what Allah's Apostle had left of the Fai (i.e. booty gained without fighting) which Allah had given him. Abu Bakr said to her, "Allah's Apostle said, 'Our property will not be inherited, whatever we (i.e. prophets) leave is Sadaqa (to be used for charity)." Fatima, the daughter of Allah's Apostle got angry and stopped speaking to Abu Bakr, and continued assuming that attitude till she died. Fatima remained alive for six months after the death of Allah's Apostle.

She used to ask Abu Bakr for her share from the property of Allah's Apostle which he left at Khaibar, and Fadak, and his property at Medina (devoted for charity). Abu Bakr refused to give her that property and said, "I will not leave anything Allah's Apostle used to do, because I am afraid that if I left something from the Prophet's tradition, then I would go astray." (Later on) Umar gave the Prophet's property (of Sadaqa) at Medina to 'Ali and 'Abbas, but he withheld the properties of Khaibar and Fadak in his custody and said, "These two properties are the Sadaqa which Allah's Apostle used to use for his expenditures and urgent needs. Now their management is to be entrusted to the ruler." (Az-Zuhrl said, "They have been managed in this way till today.")





Perintah awloh yang mengatakan jika pewaris meninggalkan seorang anak perempuan akan mendapatkan 1/2 dari harta yang ditinggalkan TIDAK BERLAKU BAHKAN di dalam keluarga muhammad sendiri! Ada baiknya firman awloh mengenai HUKUM WARISAN dihapuskan saja atau dibatalkan! Apakah Muhammad MEMATUHI Hukum Warisan allah? Icon_lol
