YUSUFALI: The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;

[5:33] Sesungguhnya pembalasan terhadap orang-orang yang memerangi Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan membuat kerusakan di muka bumi, hanyalah mereka dibunuh atau disalib, atau dipotong tangan dan kaki mereka dengan bertimbal balik, atau dibuang dari negeri (tempat kediamannya). Yang demikian itu (sebagai) suatu penghinaan untuk mereka di dunia, dan di akhirat mereka beroleh siksaan yang besar,

YUSUFALI: Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

[8:12] (Ingatlah), ketika Tuhanmu mewahyukan kepada para malaikat: "Sesungguhnya Aku bersama kamu, maka teguhkanlah (pendirian) orang-orang yang telah beriman". Kelak akan Aku jatuhkan rasa ketakutan ke dalam hati orang-orang kafir, maka penggallah kepala mereka dan pancunglah tiap-tiap ujung jari mereka

YUSUFALI: Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost.

[47:4] Apabila kamu bertemu dengan orang-orang kafir (di medan perang) maka pancunglah batang leher mereka. Sehingga apabila kamu telah mengalahkan mereka maka tawanlah mereka dan sesudah itu kamu boleh membebaskan mereka atau menerima tebusan sampai perang berhenti. Demikianlah, apabila Allah menghendaki niscaya Allah akan membinasakan mereka tetapi Allah hendak menguji sebahagian kamu dengan sebahagian yang lain. Dan orang-orang yang gugur pada jalan Allah, Allah tidak akan menyia-nyiakan amal mereka.

YUSUFALI: And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they (first) fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith.

[2:191] Dan bunuhlah mereka di mana saja kamu jumpai mereka, dan usirlah mereka dari tempat mereka telah mengusir kamu (Mekah); dan fitnah itu lebih besar bahayanya dari pembunuhan, dan janganlah kamu memerangi mereka di Masjidilharam, kecuali jika mereka memerangi kamu di tempat itu. Jika mereka memerangi kamu (di tempat itu), maka bunuhlah mereka. Demikianlah balasan bagi orang-orang kafir.

YUSUFALI: We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose or nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if any one remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. And if any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (No better than) wrong-doers.

[5:45] Dan kami telah tetapkan terhadap mereka di dalamnya (At Taurat) bahwasanya jiwa (dibalas) dengan jiwa, mata dengan mata, hidung dengan hidung, telinga dengan telinga, gigi dengan gigi, dan luka-luka (pun) ada kisasnya. Barang siapa yang melepaskan (hak kisas) nya, maka melepaskan hak itu (menjadi) penebus dosa baginya. Barang siapa tidak memutuskan perkara menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang lalim.

YUSUFALI: Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

[9:29] Perangilah orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan tidak (pula) kepada hari kemudian dan mereka tidak mengharamkan apa yang telah diharamkan oleh Allah dan Rasul-Nya dan tidak beragama dengan agama yang benar (agama Allah), (yaitu orang-orang) yang diberikan Al Kitab kepada mereka, sampai mereka membayar jizyah dengan patuh sedang mereka dalam keadaan tunduk.

1. In the year 625 A.D. after suffering several raids, lootings and killings by the Muslims, the various tribes of Bani Layhan gathered around their chief Sofyan ibn Khalid discussing what to do about the continuous problems that they faced. Muhammad’s spies informed him of this gathering and he dispatched Abdullah ibn Oneis, with instructions to assassinate Sofyan. Abdullah went forth alone, and joining himself as a volunteer to Sofyan, fell upon him unaware while no one was near, cut off his head, and carried it with him. He eluded pursuit, and reaching Medina in safety, presented himself before Muhammad in the Mosque. The Prophet welcomed him, and asked the issue of his adventure. Abdullah replied by displaying the head of his victim. Muhammad was so highly gratified at the success, that he presented the assassin with his staff: - This;" said he, "shall be a token betwixt you and me on the day of resurrection. Verily few on that day shall have anything to lean upon."

2. After Muhammad raided the fortress of Kheibar and the unarmed population were taken by surprise, Muslim fighters killed many of the citizens until they surrendered. Muhammad allowed them to leave the country, but that they should give up all their property to the conqueror. With the rest, came forth Kinana, chief of the Jews of Kheibar, and his cousin. Muhammad accused them both of keeping back, in contravention of the compact, a portion of their riches, especially the treasures of the Bani Nadhir, which Kinana had obtained as a marriage portion with his wife, Safiyah the daughter of the chief of that tribe. "Where are the vessels of gold," he asked," which you used to lend to the people of Mecca?" They protested that they no longer possessed them. "if you conceal anything from me," continued Muhammad, "and I should gain knowledge of it, then your lives and the lives of your families shall be at my disposal." They answered that it should be so. A traitorous Jew, having divulged to Muhammad the place in which a part of their wealth was deposited, he sent and fetched it. On the discovery of this attempt at imposition, Kinana was subjected to cruel torture, -- "fire being placed upon his breast till his breath had almost departed," -in the hope that he would confess where the rest of his treasures were concealed. Muhammad then gave command, and the heads of the two chiefs were severed from their bodies.”

3. The men were penned up in a closed yard, while graves or trenches were being dug for them in the chief marketplace of the city. When these were ready, Muhammad, himself a spectator of the tragedy, gave command that the captives should be brought forth in companies of five or six at a time. Each company was made to sit down by the brink of the trench destined for its grave, and there beheaded. Party by party they were thus led out, and butchered in cold blood, till the whole were slain. Zoheir, an aged Jew, who had saved some of Muhammad’s allies of the Bani Aws in the battle of Boath, Thabit interceded and procured a pardon, including the restoration of his family and his property. "But what hath become of all our chiefs, - of Kab, of Huwey, of Ozzal ibn Samuel?" asked the old man. As one after another he named the leading chiefs of his tribe, he received to each inquiry the same reply; - they had all been slain already. - "Then of what use is life to me any longer? Slay me also, that I may go and join those that have preceded me." When this was told to Muhammad, he said, "Yea, he shall join them, in the fire of Hell?" and he too was beheaded [Ibn Hisham p. 301]

INILAH perintah aulo untuk MEMERANGI mereka yang KAFIR dan MURTAD!...inilah firman aulo yang mengilhami PERINTAH BEHEADING di samping ayat-ayat PEMENGGALAN kepala di atas!

[9:12] [b]Jika mereka merusak sumpah (janji) nya sesudah mereka berjanji, dan mereka mencerca agamamu, maka perangilah pemimpin-pemimpin orang-orang kafir itu, karena sesungguhnya mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang tidak dapat dipegang janjinya, agar supaya mereka berhenti.

[9:13] Mengapakah kamu tidak memerangi orang-orang yang merusak sumpah (janjinya), padahal mereka telah keras kemauannya untuk mengusir Rasul dan merekalah yang pertama kali memulai memerangi kamu? Mengapakah kamu takut kepada mereka padahal Allah-lah yang berhak untuk kamu takuti, jika kamu benar-benar orang yang beriman.
